(i) If the Buyer is not satisfied with Vatt cure tea purchased from Healthbiz., Or If you wish to return or exchange any item please call us within 60 days of purchase, purchaseand a full refund excluding carriage charges will be issued or the exchange items will be sent subject to further carriage charge.
(ii) Faulty and damaged goods should be returned to our Returns Department with a letter of explanation & proof of purchase.
(iii) Please return items in original packaging.
(iv) Amount will be refunded within 45 working days (After receiving the product at Healthbiz).
(v) While the Goods remain in the Buyer’s possession, the Buyer is under a duty to ensure that the Goods are kept safe and secure.
